A. Upon receipt of your order, you realised that some items are missing/damaged(e.g. a fork is missing from a 24 pcs set of cutlery)? You should contact us within 2 days from the delivery date. Any claims made after 2 days will not be accepted.

Instead, please try contacting the customs officials in your country to get a better idea of what the customs charges may be for your order.

A. As we are based in USD, the main currency of our store is in BDT. For the buyer's convenience, our system automatically converts the product prices to your local currency. A. Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email support@araz.com.bd within 12 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.

A. Araz Bangladesh has a 2 day refund policy for all orders placed through araz.com.bd. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us for return instructions and a refund. Please note we can only accept returns that are unopened and unused.

Currently, we offer free local returns for the Bangladesh customers.
